Wesley's Notes for Leviticus 18:21

18:21 Pass through fire - This was done, either by burning them in the fire, or by making them pass between two great fires, which was a kind of consecration of them to that God. Moloch - Called also Milcom, was an idol chiefly of the Ammonites. He seems to be the Saturn of the heathens, to whom especially children and men were sacrificed. This is mentioned, because the neighbours of Israel were most infected with this idolatry, and therefore they are particularly cautioned against it, though under this one instance all other idols and acts, or kinds of idolatry, are manifestly comprehended and forbidden.

Leah, what you said is true it is God's Word period. God bless us all and in the understanding of his Word. Glory be to Jehovah in the highest through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen!
  • It is God 's word. The son of God Jesus died for our sins so that we may repent and be forgiven. In the Heavenly Father 's eyes, this is a abomination disgust, filthy, dirty . Whether you think it is right or wrong, it is written that God finds it to his dislike. I think you could even say he hates the thought of same sex relationships. It is my opinion. For he shall be the judge in the end. God Help Us all!
  • IThe Bible is very clear to me..Do not question the words of GOD. He said it and I believe it. Keep the faith people.

The Bible to me seems to be a lot about, "God 's " Laws, "Jesus ' " sacrifice for us and how we are supposed to live in order to reach that everlasting life he promised if we followed his rules. Everyone has to find him for themselves, he gave us "Free Will " so you can decide for yourselves where you want to be in your after life. Some people don 't care, that 's their business. We are in this world but we don 't have to be of it. It 's about choices, I treat others as I want to be treated. We can only pray for those who we want to be saved, but they have to also pray for themselves. I may not agree with the things that man has conveniently chose to initiate in this world, but that 's what he has to deal with in the end time. Me, I want to live Eternally in one of the places that "God " has prepared for me, and I teach my children the same values and principles that I live by. We were all born into Sin, it 's when you find out the Truth, that you become free. I have to say so far this book has never lied all that it has prophesized has come true. These are the "End Day 's. Revelation is here! People had better read the writing on the proverbial wall. Whatever you believe, "Be "Blessed ".
  • I am willing to accept the biblical verse as it is written. Regardless of what version of the Bible you read, the message is the same. God alone can judge the individuals who practice homosexuality, we need not worry ourselves over their sins, whether or not they see the Kingdom of Heaven is up to God. Just keep the topic out of my personal space, that is MY unalienable right. The Bible is clear regardless.

Parents are not raising their children right. They are forgetting God. Ignoring our Lord Jesus Christ. People are so blind by this life and all the evil influences surrounding them.
