The words which I have spoken, they are spirit - Are to be taken in a spiritual sense and, when they are so understood, they are life - That is, a means of spiritual life to the hearers.

People's Bible Notes for John 6:63

Joh 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth. We may paraphrase this verse thus: I shall ascend to heaven so that my body cannot be literally eaten; the flesh literally profits nothing. It is the spirit that makes alive. The spirits of men must feed upon me by faith, that they may be made alive. My words are spirit and life. He who feeds upon them will be made alive.

Do you no what God will is in your life? Because your life is not your on. It all about doing the will of God. If we do God's will, our life will fall in place and God will be pleased with us and he will bless us because we are doing his will and we're not in our own will.
