What a blessing this chapter! I've always thought that when Jesus says my sheep know my voice, that he was referring to an audible voice. But it struck me today that He meant we hear his voice by our response to the gospel than to a thief or and intruder who we will not listen to. And what a awesome feeling to know that Christ says He lays down His life for us freely and also has the power to

Verse 18 shows that no man takes Jesus' life from him, but he surrenders it of his own initiative.

What a loving and powerful God we serve. God has anointed us therfore no one can touch his anointed one. He who loves Jesus will keep his commadments and follow him till rapture. No matter what life we face dont let hands go off with God and never ever give a place for the defeated enemy to use us. All battles belongs to Jesus and victory are for us who enter the door of God

In John 14:6 Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. No one cometh to the Father except by Him.
If we come any other way we are a thief!! Jesus is the door, and we must come throuh the Door....

The thief is the devil ,of course : he is here illegally : he came to kill , steal , and to destroy , in every area of our lives, not just in a certain one : Jesus came in legally and He gives life and that I can have more abundantly through His word and His Spirit that is within . I have all and abound. !!!!
