Discussion for Jeremiah 23

  • Michael C.
Some become false prophets and false teachers for the sake of money; some for fear of persecution, use the church as a platform for contradicting and opposing the cross of Christ; and because they themselves are not willing for Jesus to rule over them, thus they teach. The enemy that sowed them is the devil. Very soon they shall all be gone, and the kingdom given to the Lord's people to rule.

If a preacher does not speak by inspiration, then it is "The Word ". Every time we read the Word it should confront us with light, or warmth, or melting, or purifying, or consuming, this then is "My Word ". If we are too hard for this process then the hammer has to be applied
  • This Branch is Lord Jesus Christ, in His second coming to rule in the millenium. But Satan is also planning a counterfeit to fool people in the New World Order, to be ruled by some smart, crazy guy, bearing the name of our Saviour.

Pastors have to study the word of God faithfully and pray for the counsel of the Holy Spirit of God to reveal what God is actually saying in His Word. If those Pastors cater to the immature or the unconverted members of their local churches because they do not want to lose majority of their members for financial reasons and only say what they want to hear with their itching ears, the judgment of God will fall upon them.

God means what he says to Pastors first who shall suffer the greater condemnation and to members who are to be edified by the gift and revelation and understanding he gives to his pastors Who must submitt themselves to those who have rulership over them God will deal with disobeiance on every level
