I think what God needs from us is to pass the gospel to others, sing praises to him ( which is the only thing that move God) and pray without seizing after your born again and God is happpy that you have done something for him.
Gathering is only good only if those that gather do so in truth and spirit. Anything short of that God is not there. God, "said don't yoke your self with unbelivers"

I am holding onto Hebrews 10 as a reminder to keep my faith in Christ and what he did for us at the cross. Being In a personal trial right now with my health, I am clinging to The Lord with all my being. Christ suffered greatly for our sins and when I read over verse 20 and remembered how the vail was torn, I realized so was the flesh torn on our Lord and savior for ALL my sins!! Praise Jesus!!!!!

Hebrews 10:25 when read in it's proper context is predicated upon grace and not law. For example we don't attend church regularly because we have to, but because we get to. By forsaking assembly with other Christians we might miss out on a blessing. Unfortunately some church leaders expect and demand church members to assemble to please their projected religious expectations they attempt to bind on others. Often they use guilt tactics such as the warn out, archaic religious church cliche: "we missed you in church!" Really? What is the motive here? Is this intended to lay a guilt trip onto someone who wasn't, or hasn't been in church lately? Perhaps the worse example of this are "sectarian legalistic" churches such as many non- instrumental Churches of Christ who attempt to bind law onto their members. Remember what II Corinthians 3:6 states: "Who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the spirit for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life." Church abuse must be avoided!

I think as Jesus in his tenure to this world taught through his ways of living, helping, loving to one another. We should also consider the pain of our neighbor. And we should not only think of our own self but for others.

It is the only way we will bring one to Christ, and bring out the love that we have for God. may we always have love and compassion for our brothers and man kind. It goes alone with the two greatest commandants that God gave to man
