2Ti 1:12 For which cause I also suffer these things. Because he was appointed "a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles" (2Ti 1:11). Compare Ac 22:21 Eph 3:1. That which I have committed to him against that day. His whole interests, his life, body, soul and spirit. He leaves all in God's hands with perfect confidence.
