Apostle Paul full of Grace could not hide his feelings or Love for his Spiritual Son "Timothy" haven recognized the unwavering or unshakable faith of Timothy which He traced to his grandmother and his biological mother Eunice. However, Apostle Paul in his advise encourage Timothy not to consider his age, but rather depend on the Grace of God ( The God's ability). Make alive the gift of God in you.

Today my son is getting married for the second time. Regarding this scripture, I know forehand there will dancing to worldly music. I know my granddaughters will approach me and want me to dance. I have a hard time applying this scripture if I would even consider this. The world has a nack of putting you on the spot. But I will not give myself to the worldly ways and for that I know I'll be ridiculed by others who will be attending. This has always been the case at every wedding I've attended. I always feel like a duck out of water so to speak. But I realize I must go because it's out of respect to my son and my daughter-in-law to be. Living for the Lord is trying at times but if we'll stay the course, he'll be there for us and strengthen us.
