People's Bible Notes for 2 Thessalonians 3:2

2Th 3:2 That we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men. That the wicked may not have power to prevent us from spreading the gospel. He is not moved by a desire to escape such hardships or dangers as these may cause, but by a desire that his work may move right on. All [men] have not faith. In all ages the preaching of the gospel divides those who hear it into two classes, the believers and unbelievers.

Discussion for 2 Thessalonians 3

  • Mine\'
As the chosen people of God, we are to allow the word of God to have it 's course in us, and be glorified. We are to obey the word of the gospel of Jesus Christ as given to his apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors, and teachers. If our brother is not submissive to the word, we are not to keep company with him, that he maybe ashamed. We are not to treat him like an enemy, but to counsel him. According to the word of God, we are to be quiet people, and work with our own hands to eat. This is an awesome chapter.
