2Th 3:12 Now them that are such we command. Such are solemnly commanded in the name of Christ to go to work, to live quiet lives, and to support themselves. The idlers were restless and meddlesome.

    Verse 2 is saying wicked men do not have faith. Ephesians 2:8 "By Grace you are saved, through faith; though not of yourself, it is the gift of God." Faith is given the moment a person is saved. It is only through faith that a person is able to believe in Jesus, and believe on him.
