6 For to be carnally minded, is death: but to be spiritually minded, is life and peace:
8 So then they that are in the flesh, cannot please God.
12 Therfore brethren, we are detters, not to the flesh, to liue after the flesh.
14 For as many as are led by the spirit of God, they are the sonnes of God.
16 The spirit it selfe beareth witnes with our spirit, that we are the children of God.
19 For the earnest expectation of the creature, waiteth for the manifestation of the sonnes of God.
22 For wee know that the whole creation groaneth, and trauaileth in paine together vntill now.
25 But if wee hope for that wee see not, then doe wee with patience waite for it.
31 What shall wee then say to these things? If God be for vs, who can bee against vs?
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of Gods elect? It is God that iustifieth:
37 Nay in all these things wee are more then conquerours, through him that loued vs.

Ronald Pullen's Romans Chapter 8 comment about verse 31 on 5/05/2013, 5:17pm...
I believe that here in Ro.8:31 we are reminded h we war in the spirit, we are informed in the scriptures that if we decree a thin that it shall come to pass. When we are attacked by the enemy we must know what words to say to comb at him and gain the victor in three rounds Christ with the scriptures won. Of course the implication is much more serious, because Satan wanted to cause Jesus to taint himself before Calvery

"But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his." The reason this verse causes so much consternation is because of our terminology with regard to being 'in the flesh'. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit. Someone who is a believer may be carnal, or backslidden, or 'fleshy', but never 'in the flesh'. The believer is always in the Spirit. Now they may have an infantile walk but nevertheless a believer, being born of God, is now and forever in the Spirit. It is only up to us to be kept being filled. Or in the context of Romans to reckon ourselves dead, to let not sin reign, and to yield to righteousness. It’s imperative that we do that as long as it is now, which of course is right now.

Kathie's Romans Chapter 8 comment about verse 3 on 4/14/2013, 7:03am...
We in the weakness of the flesh were unable to follow the law. so christ died in the flesh he died for our sins. he overcame death and was resurrected. So like christ we die to sin and are born again in a new spirit. We follow the Holy Spirit, if we hear and obey the spirit we will be in God's will so don't have to worry about the law.

"the glory which shall be revealed in and to us" does not just mean when we get to Heaven. It also means NOW. EVERY miracle we experience whether through wupernatural healings, salvation, answered prayers, etc. - that IS the Glory of God being revealed in, to and through us today!

Well believe or not but after 32 years, the devil had me thinking I went too far and father God, Jesus, and the holy spirit did not want me know more. It was a bad feeling that tends to show you how long you have been with Jesus. The devil hates it, but I come to this bible and nothing can keep me from the love of the father God, Jesus and holy spirit. God bless all.
