The preparations of the heart in man, and the answere of the tongue, is from the Lord.
All the wayes of a man are cleane in his owne eyes: but the Lord weigheth the spirits.
Commit thy workes vnto the Lord, and thy thoughts shalbe established.
The Lord hath made all things for himselfe: yea, euen the wicked for the day of euill.
By mercy and trueth iniquitie is purged: and by the feare of the Lord, men depart from euill.
When a mans wayes please the Lord, he maketh euen his enemies to be at peace with him.
Better is a little with righteousnesse, then great reuenewes without right.
A mans heart deuiseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps.
A diuine sentence is in the lips of the king: his mouth transgresseth not in iudgement.
A iust weight and ballance are the Lords: all the weights of the bagge are his worke.
Righteous lips are the delight of kings: and they loue him that speaketh right.
The wrath of a king is as messengers of death: but a wise man will pacifie it.
In the light of the kings countenance is life, and his fauour is as a cloude of the latter raine.
The high way of the vpright is to depart from euill: hee that keepeth his way, preserueth his soule.
Pride goeth before destruction: and an hautie spirit before a fall.
Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, then to diuide the spoile with the proud.
He that handleth a matter wisely, shall finde good: and who so trusteth in the Lord, happy is hee.
The wise in heart shall be called prudent; and the sweetnesse of the lips increaseth learning.
The heart of the wise teacheth his mouth, and addeth learning to his lippes.
Pleasant words are as an honycombe, sweete to the soule, and health to the bones.
There is a way that seemeth right vnto a man; but the end thereof are the wayes of death.
Hee that laboureth, laboureth for himselfe; for his mouth craueth it of him.
An vngodly man diggeth vp euill: and in his lips there is as a burning fire.
A froward man soweth strife; & a whisperer separateth chiefe friends.
A violent man enticeth his neighbour, and leadeth him into the way that is not good.
He shutteth his eyes to deuise froward things: moouing his lips he bringeth euill to passe.
The hoary head is a crowne of glory, if it be found in the way of righteousnesse.
The lot is cast into the lap: but the whole disposing thereof is of the Lord.

Proverbs 16:6a. By mercy and truth iniquity is purged, having God seen that men was unable to deliver himself from iniquity, He gave us His only son Jesus Christ to purge our iniquities through His pure blood. All that was by God's mercies and truth.

Although we are living in the days that the monarchy is of little use, but the kings of the past can be compared with the president in our days. Even if the earthly justice fails we can trust the justice of the king of kings that never fails.

Better is little with righteousness than great revenues with injustice, because great revenues obtained in unrighteous are good for nothing, and they can stand the test of time, to say everything gain in unrighteous for sure will be lost.
Miriam's Proverbs Chapter 16 comment about verse 17 on 12/06/2012, 11:31am...
The righteous differs in his culture [way of life] because he watches in everything he does. Since every deeds and actions have eternal consequences, which can be death or life. The way he prospers and gets good success is to tread the NARROW paths of WATCHING. He can't do just anything on that road. He must have road sense. If not, he runs into people or they bump at him. He isn't a Jaywalker. He is figuring out how to reach home safely, so the rustle and bustle of road life shouldn't distract him. May the almighty Elohim help us to have spiritual road sense as we run on the way! Amen!
