This is a beautiful verse; and so true. The refining fire of God is a purifying fire, removing the excesses of our lifestyles, and burning off the weaknesses in our character.

Wonderful this verse! Peter the apostle said\" that the trial of your faith more precious than gold that perish, may be found unto praise, honor and glory in the revelation of Jesus Christ. Let the trial we go through yield praise honor and glory to God. Amen!
