I regard this as being in the end of times were people will fall away from the relligeous teachings of the LORD and sin will increase. But honestly for a person trying to find more clarifying views and not be of english speaking as first language thank the Lord for the vers of the Waymouth Bible for I would be lost with the expresion of shakes spear english!

Weymouth version hits the mark on this verse. With the help of my pastor looking into the original Greek, who this was originally written to and the context, we came to the same conclusion. Weymouth translation gets it right and makes it clear.
