8Harden not your hearts, as in the prouocation, in the day of temptation in the wildernesse: 9When your fathers tempted me, prooued me, and saw my works fourty yeeres. 10Wherefore I was grieued with that generation, and sayd, They doe alway erre in their hearts, and they haue not knowen my wayes. 11So I sware in my wrath: they shall not enter into my rest. 12Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an euill heart of vnbeleefe, in departing from the liuing God.

3:10 Wherefore - To speak after the manner of men. I was grieved - Displeased, offended with that generation, and said, They always err in their hearts - They are led astray by their stubborn will and vile affections. And - For this reason, because wickedness has blinded their understanding. They have not known my ways - By which I would have led them like a flock. Into my rest - In the promised land.

Heb 3:10 Wherefore I was grieved. The Greek word "prosochthizo" more nearly means "disgusted". They do always err in [their] heart. Not simply by making mistakes, but their hearts are wrong.
