R.N. Frey's comment on 2010-12-23 11:35:51:

I love reading this account of Abraham\'s intercession with his covenant God. I have always wondered about the haste with which the meal was prepared. It hardly seems possible that there was time to prepare a ROAST. In my reading of accounts of life among the American Indians, They often ate of their game raw and fresh from the kill. As repulsive as this may seem to us
\'civilzed\' fast food folk, I would have to accept the cultural possibility of that being hospitable fare. ANY ONE HAVE A REPLY ??
