Take heed ye be not consumed one of another - By bitterness, strife, and contention, our health and strength, both of body and soul, are consumed, as well as our substance and reputation.

The Bible says be angry and sin not, but it also says deal with each other in love. So even in the depths of our anger we should still learn to keep a balance because we all lose if we allow our anger to rule our actions or reactions to each other.
