I love this chapter, because we are so intricately entwined with God and in His image that, He allows us to describe ourselves and circumstances in the same manner. I am strong Joel 3:10, I am wonderfully and fearfully made, Ps139:14. Using I am to describe yourself with a negative connotation is using the Lord\'s name in vain! So one cannot say I am broke because that\'s not what/who God is! Describe yourself positively regardless of situations or feelings.
Timothy Wayne George's comment on 2013-04-10 09:08:48:
Praise Jehovah God, the self existent one, and when Moses ask whom shall I say sent me, tell them that the I Am have sent thee. The Hebrew name for Jehovah is Yahweh. God who is from everlasting to everlasting, and never dependent on anyone. Therefore we are secure in Him, and can be sure that He will never change, and is the same today, and forevermore.
