3 And when all the children of Israel saw how the fire came downe, and the glory of the Lord vpon the house, they bowed themselues with their faces to the ground vpon the pauement, and worshipped, and praised the Lord, saying, For hee is good, for his mercy endureth for euer.
6 And the Priests waited on their offices: the Leuites also with instruments of musicke of the Lord, which Dauid the King had made to praise the Lord, because his mercy endureth for euer, when Dauid praised by their ministerie: and the Priests sounded trumpets before them, and all Israel stood.
7 Moreouer, Solomon hallowed the middle of the Court, that was before the house of the Lord: for there hee offered burnt offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings, because the brasen Altar which Solomon had made, was not able to receiue the burnt offerings, and the meat offerings, and the fat.
10 And on the three and twentieth day of the seuenth moneth, he sent the people away into their tents, glad and merry in heart for the goodnesse that the Lord had shewed vnto Dauid, and to Solomon, and to Israel his people.
14 If my people which are called by my Name, shall humble themselues and pray, and seeke my face, and turne from their wicked wayes: then will I heare from heauen, and will forgiue their sinne, and will heale their land.
20 Then will I plucke them vp by the roots out of my land which I haue giuen them, and this house which I haue sanctified for my Name, wil I cast out of my sight, and will make it to be a prouerbe, and a by-word among all nations.
22 And it shalbe answered, Because they forsooke the Lord God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, and layd hold on others gods, and worshipped them, aud serued them: Therefore hath hee brought all this euil vpon them.

If we would do as the word says in IIChron:14, I feel this entire world and mostly our country would be so much wiser, compassionate to ALL people and truly blessed.

We will be far, far more fruitful if we spend more time with people, sharing the Gospel of Grace (Christ wants to live in you) and demonstrating His goodness, since it is His goodness that causes people to repent and brings healing into the “land” of human hearts. (Rom. 2:24)
The promise of 2 Chron. 7:14 has already been fulfilled in Christ. God has fulfilled His own promise through His own Son by bringing His Kingdom into human hearts; and promising that His Kingdom will one day rule over all the earth. Now, anyone who receives Him as king, receives the healing of 2 Chron. 7:14. We are His Kingdom, we are His land.

God is speaking to the church and even we have gone away from the statues, commandments, and judgments of God. Verse 14:"If my people, which are called by my name, etc." would repent from our evil ways, prayer has gotten away from the church. We pray when we need something and it is time again to seek his face and not what he can do for you, because in our seeking; everything else is provided. The world is watching the church folks!

God have laid on my heart to reach all believers to start praying for our world. We have stopped praying; it is time know to pass it on, so that we begin each day with taking five or ten minutes a day and pray to our father in heaven. He will heal the land if you believe. If you don’t stand for something you will fall for nothing. I am getting ready to get people wearing t-shirts with this scripture on the back, 2 Chronicles 7:14. And prayer walks with different people and churches and on the front of the shirt; it will say pray. Put it on the back of your car make the call. God is out in front of us, and support us pray everyone that desires. It is for the believers and they that trust God.

A contrite spirit and a humble heart, GOD will not despise. Fasting and prayers are a symbol of that. Therefore we are assured that He will answer our prayers.

God, my God is the God that not only hears prayers but also answers them. He is the God of covenant; and delights in keeping his covenants. He is the just God that rewards men according to their doings. I love this God.
