Suzanne k. Williams's comment about verse 58 on 12/09/2014, 3:47am...

As you have repented and turned from your former course...Keep your eye steady and continual to the path He has set...don 't be slumberson or tire in the good and faithful work of our Lord and Savior. Keep your eye on the heavenly purposed and fulfillment of His Word...building on that good foundation, uniting with those of old, and abiding through Jesus Christ the only begotten Son of God... Who for the Joy set before Him, endured the cross...making a sure way for all to enter in...For he is faithful in all His Word to bring forth as He has promised...

Evangelist Chatauna Robinson's comment on 11/24/2014, 8:19am...

Part 2 of 2 Can both of these phrases be used interchangeably? I believe they can. Jesus stated in Matthew 4 17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand . Then Jesus stated in Mark 1 15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand repent ye, and believe the gospel . The point is this, if I can say it like this, people who have followed Acts 2 38 and have been filled with the Holy Ghost have a piece of the kingdom in them which is the spiritual part, the Holy Ghost part. Then the physical part which is the dwelling place is heaven. Therefore, the physical kingdom is not here on this Earth.

Evangelist Chatauna Robinson's comment on 11/24/2014, 8:18am...

Part 1 of 2 Hello SlimCat If I can say it like this, the kingdom of God is twofold. First it is made up of people that have followed Acts 2 38. The book of Romans backs this up. Romans 14 17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. 1 Corinthians 4 20 For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power . Then it is a place in which to dwell which is also called the kingdom of heaven. We know this because in 1 Corinthians 6 9 and 10, no one committing those sins mentioned will be able to enter into the actual place or kingdom of God. Because we know that God will forgive a person who has committed these sins if they truly repent. This is why I stated that the kingdom of God is twofold.

SlimCat's comment about verse 25 on 11/24/2014, 5:10am...

I think, quite clearly, the kingdom of Christ is on the earth HERE, TODAY. Christ said, this kingdom is within us. Not in some future tense, but right now, right here. The full consummation of it is in the future, but the kingdom is real and active right now.

Grant's comment about verse 27 on 11/20/2014, 8:45am...

Trinitarian Alert This verse clearly shows that God is not subject to the son. This blows the trinity dogma out of the water. There is only One which is Almighty. Not three!

Evangelist Chatauna Robinson's comment on 10/12/2014, 1:45am...

Hello Anthony Fruge, Yes, we have to witness unto as many souls as we can and let God do the increase. We have to stand firmly on Acts 2 38 this is the key to heaven. Peter on the day of Pentecost declared what it took to be saved. Jesus Christ being our chief cornerstone, Ephesians 2 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone There is none other name whereby we must be saved, Acts 4 12 Neither is there salvation in any other for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Anthony Fruge's comment about verse 40 on 10/11/2014, 7:12am...

Let us win as many in the kingdom as possible! Amen!!

Evangelist Chatauna Robinson's comment on 10/07/2014, 11:20am...

Part 3 of 3 Now if you want to look at it this way you can say that we who have gone through the symbolic death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ by doing what Acts 2 38 states to do are now dead to sin, Romans 6 2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? We are standing on the Word of God upholding the blood stain banner for those of us that are sleeping in Christ who are waiting for the rapture then I can understand that. Like so many other Christians Paul went through persecution as well, I Corinthians 15 30 And why stand we in jeopardy every hour? But in no way is this scripture talking about that we are baptized for our love ones are anyone else through DNA or blood or blood line and that they do not have to go through Acts 2 38. This is not saying that they are automatically saved because we are. In the end, if the people now during this Dispensation of Grace do not take on the name of Jesus Christ before they die they are not saved after death. It is too late, Hebrews 9 27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment

Evangelist Chatauna Robinson's comment on 10/07/2014, 11:20am...

Part 2 of 3 You cannot get saved for someone else and pass it through your blood. This is why in Acts 2 39 Peter stated, For the promise is unto you , and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call . If you read 1 Corinthians 15 51 52 then read 1 Thessalonians 4 13 thru 18 this is talking about once again those who have died in Christ taking on his name through Acts 2 38.

Evangelist Chatauna Robinson's comment on 10/07/2014, 11:19am...

Part 1 of 3 Hello Monaledi, The scripture you are talking about does not mean what you are saying. If you read the entire passages of scriptures you will see that Paul is first talking to true believers those who have taken on the name of Jesus Christ by way of Acts 2 38. These passages of scriptures are talking about the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is also teaching the Christians at Corinth that the dead in Christ those who have taken on the name of our Lord and Savior through Acts 2 38 will not be hindered when the time comes of the rapture. It is also telling that those who are alive and remain during the rapture that have taken on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ according to Acts 2 38 will be caught up to meet the others in the air 1 Corinthians 48 thru 52. You cannot get baptized for your love ones or anyone else. It does not travel through our DNA. This is a journey that each individual has to take on their own.

Monaledi's comment about verse 29 on 9/15/2014, 6:17am...

To understand corinthians 15 29 let us start on John 5 24 which say Verily, verily, I say unto you, that an hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God, and they that have heard shall live. 28 Wonder not at this, for an hour is coming in which all who are in the tombs shall hear his voice. Now let us look corinthians 15 29 many people died without knowing the holly spirit but they were promised to receive it. so for their resurrection they must receive their promise. question is how and where would they receive the holy spirit? answer is that every soul is having its blood line meaning blood line on earth equals to blood line in spirit ie. Moses was promised to enter Israel through his descendants. these takes us to a point that if people die without receiving the spirit, surely they will receive it through their descendants if they accept the living apostle and being baptized with the holy spirit. thanks Monaledi Twelve apostles church in christ

The whole chapter is a reminder of where we should put our hope and to persevere in doing the work of God for a time is coming and very soon that He will come to take His elect. The question is, will you be amoung? This present world we are in now is just a passing, fleeting vapour.WHERE WILL YOU SPEND ETERNITY?

It 's reassuring, even the task you call insignificant catches His attention. So never be tired of doing God 's business.your rewarder is coming.

Eddy A. Flick's comment on 7/13/2014, 7:26am...

The Resurrection is the hope of each and of all the Lord 's children elected in Christ before the foundation of the world. Indeed all of those that have partaken of death, sometimes in great agony, horrible pain, in terrifying fear, and some in calmness of soul, in a quiet and peaceful moment slip out of this world in death, shall be raised in newness of life everlasting. Who says the child of God 's lot in life is a dreary outlook? No, No. a thousand times NO! It will be GLORIOUS!

Mr Alex Blessed's comment about verse 19 on 7/12/2014, 1:57am...

Our life does not consist in Abundant of this world, for God is our life the lent of our Days, what shall it profit me to gain the whole world forfeit my soul,my soul is more precious to God than the whole world, the hope of Every through child of God is eternal life, know cross know crown but a lot of so called Christians has forgotten this fact, that the author of our salvation was made perfect by what he suffered, how serious we should consider our kingdom race,1cor 7vs29 31,2peter 3vs11 14, Galatians 5 8

Anonymous's comment about verse 55 on 6/09/2014, 10:58am...

Paul triumphantly declared that death would be swallowed up forever. 1 Corinthians 15 54 57 When the corruptible and mortal put on incorruption and immortality, these words will be fulfilled Death is swallowed up forever. Death, where is your victory? Death, where is your sting? Isaiah 25 8 Hosea 13 14 The sting producing death is sin, and sin s strength was the Law, which condemned sinners to death. But because of Jesus sacrifice and resurrection, death inherited from sinful Adam will no longer be victorious. Romans 5 12 6 23.

We must decide who we are going to serve! The God of the light or the prince of darkness? Who do you chose to follow? The Light or darkness?

I quite like this chapter of Corinthian mainly cause of verses 50 56 in this chapter 15 because it relates to my favorite song 'here at last '. My favorite verse in this chapter is verse 57 ' But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ '.
